Balloting & Booking Process

DHA Margalla Enclave offers end-users and investors the opportunity to book plots directly through an open balloting system.

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Choose Your Plot Size: Select 5 Marla, 10 Marla, or 1 Kanal residential plot.
  2. Select Your Payment Plan: Choose from lump sum, 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year payment options. Installments are made quarterly.
  3. Pay Membership Fee:
    • 5 Marla – Rs. 10,000
    • 10 Marla – Rs. 15,000
    • 1 Kanal – Rs. 20,000

    (Membership fees are non-refundable.)

  4. Submit Your Application for Balloting. There is no restriction on how many plots or payment plan combinations you can apply for.
  5. Balloting Process: Allotment is done through a fully automated system ensuring transparency. Both local and overseas Pakistanis can apply.
  6. Post-Balloting: Successful applicants must pay 15% of the total plot price as a down payment within 30 days of balloting results. Failure to pay within this period will result in cancellation, and the plot will be reallotted to another applicant through a new ballot.
  7. Unsuccessful Applicants: Those who do not receive a plot in the balloting can buy from the resale market.
